1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and ug7775 ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your use of the ug7775 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at ug7775.cam and associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

• Close all duplicate accounts immediately;
• Void all bets placed from duplicate accounts;

• Forfeit any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts;
• Retain only the deposits made to the primary account, subject to verification.

3.4 Account Verification

ug7775 is required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all Users. You agree to provide, upon request, copies of the following documents:

4. Account Management and Security

4.2 Account Information Updates

You must promptly update your Account information if any details change, including your contact information, residential address, or payment methods. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may result in service disruptions, payment processing delays, or account restrictions.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gameplay) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee of ₱500 per month, deducted from the Account Balance. ug7775 will provide thirty (30) days' notice via email before applying any inactivity fees. Accounts with zero balance will not incur inactivity fees and may be closed at our discretion.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

• Processing Time: Instant for e-wallets; up to 24 hours for bank transfers

5.3 Deposit Source Verification

You warrant that all funds deposited to your ug7775 Account are from legitimate sources, obtained lawfully, and belong exclusively to you. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ug7775 reserves the right to:

• Request proof that deposited funds originated from payment accounts in your name;
• Refuse deposits from third-party payment sources;
• Reverse and return deposits determined to be from third-party sources;
• Close accounts receiving third-party deposits and forfeit associated winnings.

5.4 Deposit Errors

If you believe a deposit error has occurred, you must notify ug7775 Customer Support immediately. Claims regarding deposit discrepancies must be made within forty-eight (48) hours of the alleged error. ug7775 will investigate all deposit error claims and adjust Account Balances if an error is confirmed.

6. Withdrawals and Payouts

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal from your ug7775 Account, you must:

• Have completed full account verification (KYC procedures);
• Have a verified payment method registered with your Account;
• Meet minimum withdrawal amount of ₱300 PHP;
• Have satisfied all bonus wagering requirements (if applicable);
• Have no pending investigations or disputes on your Account;
• Withdraw to a payment method in your own name matching your registered Account name.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

ug7775 endeavors to process withdrawal requests according to the following timeframes:

Winnings obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms may be reversed and withheld regardless of withdrawal status.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.4 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

• Colluding with other Users to manipulate bonus outcomes;

• Any other activity that undermines the spirit and intention of promotional offers.

7.5 Bonus Terms Changes and Cancellation

9.2 Self-Limitation Tools

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for at least 24 hours. Decreases to limits take effect immediately. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed once activated.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ug7775 Platform and constitute material breach of this Agreement:

• Fraud and Cheating: Using bots, automated software, exploiting software vulnerabilities, manipulating game outcomes, or any form of cheating;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to gain unfair advantages, share information, or manipulate outcomes;
• Money Laundering: Using ug7775 services to launder proceeds of criminal activity or terrorist financing;
• Identity Theft: Using false identification, stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person;
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, exploiting bonus terms, or engaging in patterns of play designed solely to clear bonuses with minimal risk;
• Chargebacks: Initiating illegitimate payment reversals or chargebacks for deposits successfully credited to your Account;
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing ug7775 staff, dealers, or other Users;
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or hack the Platform software;
• Unauthorized Access: Accessing accounts belonging to other Users or attempting to circumvent security measures;
• Syndicate Play: Organizing or participating in betting syndicates or commercial gambling operations;
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting differences in odds across platforms to guarantee profits regardless of outcome.

Users found engaging in prohibited activities are subject to immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action. ug7775 cooperates with law enforcement authorities to prosecute fraudulent activity.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by ug7775

ug7775 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• We suspect fraud, illegal activity, or breach of these Terms;
• Your Account is subject to investigation for potential violations;
• You fail to provide requested verification documents;
• We detect unusual betting patterns or suspicious account activity;
• There are concerns about the security of your Account;
• Required by law, court order, or regulatory directive;
• You are engaging in abusive behavior toward staff or other Users.

During suspension, you will be unable to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. ug7775 will communicate the reason for suspension and any requirements for Account reinstatement.

11.2 Termination by ug7775

ug7775 may terminate your Account and this Agreement at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Material breach of these Terms and Conditions;
• Engaging in prohibited activities as defined in Section 10;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Failure to comply with verification requirements;
• Repeated violations of Platform rules or policies;
• At our sole discretion if we determine continued service is inadvisable.

Upon termination, any outstanding Account Balance (excluding funds obtained through fraudulent means or breach of Terms) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees, pending bets, or amounts owed to ug7775.

11.3 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon voluntary Account closure:

• All pending bets must be settled before closure can be completed;
• Any remaining Account Balance will be returned via your preferred withdrawal method;
• Active bonuses and promotional offers will be forfeited;
• You must settle any outstanding obligations to ug7775;
• Account closure does not release you from obligations arising during the time your Account was active.

11.4 Effects of Termination

Upon termination of your Account for any reason:

• You must immediately cease using the Platform and all ug7775 services;
• All licenses and permissions granted under these Terms are revoked;
• You remain liable for any obligations incurred prior to termination;
• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) shall continue in effect;
• ug7775 is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from Account termination.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 Ownership of Platform Content

All content, software, graphics, designs, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property displayed on or used in connection with the ug7775 Platform ("Content") are the exclusive property of ug7775 or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

12.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ug7775 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Platform Content;
• Use any Content for commercial purposes;
• Remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform without prior written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in the Platform.

12.3 User-Generated Content

If you submit any content to ug7775 (including messages to Customer Support, forum posts, or feedback), you grant ug7775 a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content for any purpose. You warrant that any content you submit does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.

12.4 Trademarks

The "ug7775" name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks owned by ug7775 or our affiliates. Unauthorized use of ug7775 trademarks is strictly prohibited and may violate trademark laws.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE UG7775 PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

ug7775 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available at all times without interruption or error;
• Defects or errors will be corrected;
• The Platform is free from viruses or other harmful components;
• Results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable;
• Any errors in software will be corrected.

13.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UG7775, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or data;
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Platform;
• Any content obtained from the Platform;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Interruptions or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform;
• Any bugs, viruses, or malicious code that may be transmitted through the Platform;
• Any errors or omissions in content or losses incurred from use of content posted or transmitted;
• User conduct or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not ug7775 has been informed of the possibility of such damage.

13.3 Maximum Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL UG7775'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO UG7775 IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR FIVE THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP 5,000), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ug7775, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation;
• Your violation of any rights of a third party;
• Your use or misuse of the Platform;
• Any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your Account;
• Your negligence or willful misconduct.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

If you have any dispute with ug7775, you agree to first contact Customer Support to attempt to resolve the issue informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our support team.

14.2 Formal Complaints

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] including:

• Your full name and Account username;
• Detailed description of the complaint;
• Relevant dates, transaction IDs, and supporting documentation;
• Your desired resolution;
• Contact information for follow-up.

ug7775 will investigate all formal complaints and respond within fourteen (14) business days.

14.3 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your relationship with ug7775 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.4 Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, that cannot be resolved through Customer Support or formal complaint procedures, shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties.

14.5 Class Action Waiver
